1. What happens if my desired repair isn't on your list of available services?

No worries! For speed and efficiency, the services currently listed are the most common things that could go wrong with your car (yikes!), but if you haven't found your desired repair on the list, you can request it as a note under the Other Repairs selection.

2. How long is my quote valid for?

A quote is valid for 48 hours only.

3. How do I know the mechanics recommended will do a good job?

All of the mechanics we recommend are ASE certified, thoroughly vetted and selected on the basis of their experience and rate of customer satisfaction.

4. Can I schedule repairs and maintenance work over the phone?

Sure you can! Our lines are open from 9-5pm Mo-Fri. For your convenience, we can also process payments over the phone.

5. What happens if the mechanics identifies other parts that need to be fixed that weren't on the original quote?

In this case, you will be notified that additional work is needed on your vehicle, along with a separate quote for that specific issue/service. Your approval will always be asked for before any additional work is carried out.
